This charming cottage overlooks the Castel Silence park with an incredible panoramic view. Its three windows make it bright and pleasant. Ideal for two vacationers who love stones and nature. Nothing beats a walk in the park or a 2-minute bike ride along the banks of the Charente River to recharge.
IN THIS GUEST HOUSE ACCOMMODATION AT CASTEL SILENCE, YOU WILL FIND:
On the ground floor, the living room with its two armchairs bathed in light and its flat-screen TV. A desk and its wifi for the most courageous. A fully equipped kitchenette with a multifunction oven, fridge-freezer and its dining area as well as a shower room / WC, and then upstairs, your mezzanine bedroom equipped with a comfortable bed 160 x 200 whose density is 35 KG/m² and will be made upon your arrival.

- 30% deposit upon reservation, remaining 70% 15 days before arrival.
Booking conditions.
Check-in is usually from 4:00 p.m. Do not hesitate to contact us for any request. I am very flexible on your arrival time as long as you communicate it to me by text message.
Check-out must be done before 10:00 a.m.
Offer cancelable and refundable at 100% up to 1 month before your arrival.
Thank you for limiting noise disturbances from 11:00 p.m. (late arrival, reduce the sound of televisions, laptops…) to respect the sleep of others.
