This cottage is perfect for family or friends get-togethers, accommodating up to 7 people, and you can enjoy its large spaces in all seasons.
This tourist rental is located in the 9000m² park of Castel Silence with free access, so you can start your vacation sitting at your private garden table or lounge.
DESCRIPTION OF THE 4-PERSON (+3 SLEEPING) VACATION HOME
The large living room on the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, traditional oven, and dishwasher) open to the living room composed of 2 sofas, one of which is convertible, with a television, a work corner, and a small laundry corner with a washing machine and a dryer.
Upstairs are 2 very large bedrooms with wardrobes and televisions: the first one has a 160X200 bed and the second one has double beds of 80X200 which can be transformed into a large 160X200 bed and a trundle bed of 80X190. The bathroom has been completely redone with double sinks, a shower, and separate toilets. Outside, you can enjoy the park and its various amenities (tables, sun loungers, hammocks…).

THE PRICE:
- Between 85€ & 160€ per night depending on the duration and period
- Sheets and towels are included in the price
- 50€ cleaning fee
- Tourist tax: €1,5090 per day and per person is tobe added
- possibility to charche your electric car for €8 per night
- 30% deposit upon reservation, remaining 70% 15 days before arrival.
BOOKING INFORMATION:
Check-in is usually from 4:00 PM. Don’t hesitate to contact us for any requests. We are very flexible on your arrival time as long as you communicate it to us by SMS.
Check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
Offer cancellable and refundable up to 100% up to 1 month before your arrival.
Please limit noise disturbances from 11:00 PM (late arrivals, reduce the sound of televisions, laptops, etc.) to respect the sleep of others.
